Science Fair

How cool is this... Abby really wanted to enter her school science fair, so I thought, why not? It would be good for her. She got a bubble rock from our vacation and wanted to do something with it. The package said it was a limestone mineral that is found in Western Utah and grew crystals. So for her science project Abby wanted to know if all rocks in Utah grew crystals. So she set up her experiment, watched it for 2 weeks and documented what happened. Her project was titled Rocks and Crystals. She found out that not all rocks grow crystals! She did so good that she won first place for her grade. She was also invited to represent her school's kindergardeners in the regional science fair on May 12th. Go Abby!
